Graywood DevelopmentsScout Condos is progressing through construction on St Clair Avenue West near Weston Road in Toronto's Carleton Village area, across the street from Diamond Kilmer DevelopmentsReunion Crossing. Our last update on the project was in November of 2020, when crews were working on forming the two underground levels of the building. The 12-storey, CMV Group architects-designed condo has since topped off, and red brick is being laid across its podium levels.

Bricks will cover the majority of Scout Condos in fact, but the uppermost level will feature a taupe-coloured brushed aluminum cladding, as seen below.

That uppermost level will be home to Scout's indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, which will feature a TACT Architecture-appointed indoor lounge, outdoor barbecue area, and more, all with views of the city to the southeast.

Back at the site, the laying of the brick is following several floors behind the installation of the building's windows. Most of the structure is now glazed, all the way up to the uppermost level, with just a few more panels needing to be installed on the top level, plus the retail windows at street level.

Once construction wraps up, Scout Condos will introduce a total of 261 new homes and grade-level retail units to the neighbourhood.
