The annual BiLD People's Choice Awards are back, and this year nine projects that are either planned or already under construction in the Greater Toronto Area have been short-listed to be voted on as this year's 'best new community.'
The awards recognize excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales, and marketing of new homes in the GTA. The awards are selected by the public, and presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BiLD).
This year, these are the nine projects that are up for your vote:
Angus Glen South Village
BEA Towns
Biblio Lofts
Bloom in Seaton
Grand Festival
Greenhill
Highbury Gardens
The Dupont
Verge
As with previous years, BiLD is offering a chance to win a $250 prepaid VISA card in return for your vote. To submit your vote, visit the BiLD site by noon on May 23, 2022. The People’s Choice Award winner will be announced at the BILD Awards which will be hosted in a few weeks time, on June 22, 2022.
