Festival Condominiums in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) is the latest new project from developers QuadReal Property Group and Menkes Developments. The development is part of a 75-acre master- planned community called Assembly Park, which is transforming the area in Vaughan into a new downtown, anchored by transit and a linear park. Located in South VMC, the neighbourhood is set between Highways 7 and 407 and runs east-west from Highway 400 to Jane Street.

Festival is a multi-faceted mixed-use community, unlike anything else in downtown Vaughan. Its striking towers and connecting podium will meet a highly animated central plaza, consisting of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, a fitness facility and a grocery store. The development will be a lively cultural hub, surrounded by arts and entertainment- including a new community centre and school- and also encompass 45 acres of parkland and 17 kms of trails and bike lanes.

While Festival is being built in phases, it will eventually be home to 4,600 people.
