Gupta reports that rough-ins and windows are approaching the 65% completed mark further down the building, while the cladding with window wall panels of grey aluminum framing dark-tinted windows is about 75% of the way up the tower now.

The lowest nine levels of the tower — plus a mezzanine level between the second and third floors — are to be where a 188-suite Canopy by Hilton hotel will be located. Currently, hotel suite finishes are completed on the lower floors.
The third and tenth floors are to be predominantly made up of amenities, many to be shared between the hotel guests and condo residents, including a pool and an outdoor terrace with lounge seating and fire pits. Condo suites, 508 of them, will be found from the eleventh floor upwards.
