A WestLine Condos pop-up sales office has recently opened at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. CentreCourt is hosting the month-long event to allow potential purchasers an opportunity to experience one of the main amenities of WestLine—Yorkdale itself—which is only two subway stops away, or a short drive from the future development.

The condo will rise on a vacant lot on the north side of Sheppard, just west of Allen Road, within walking distance of both Sheppard West and Downsview Park subway stations, the latter of which is also home to a stop on the GO Barrie Line. The development will be just three TTC subway stops from York University where there is also a Seneca College campus, Centennial College's Downsview Campus is even closer, and the ambitious transit expansion of the Line 6 Finch West LRT will put WestLine within a short commute from Humber College too. Baycrest Health Sciences are close by.

Designed by IBI Group, WestLine will stand 14 storeys tall, matching the height and density of surrounding developments while setting itself apart on its Sheppard Avenue-facing side, with a unique W shape created by the contrast of its black and white-edged balconies. WestLine Condos will be part of a mixed-use community that includes residential, office and retail space, commercial properties to the north, and Downsview Park—promoted as "Canada’s first urban national park"—just a short distance west.

A total of 424 condominium units are planned at WestLine, with layouts from one to three bedrooms available, ranging from 424 ft² to 1,200 ft² in area. The condo will offer residents over 12,000 ft² of amenity spaces including a rooftop terrace, a private dining room, and a co-working space.

WestLine's pop-up sales office is located at entrance A3 at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, near Indigo and Sportchek, and across from Coach. It will be open until October 31st, from 10 AM to 8 PM every day of the week except Sunday, when it will be open from 11 AM to 7 PM.
