UrbanToronto Forum contributor Benito has a great view from his Downtown condo, and one night last week something unusual stood out amidst the surrounding urban fray: a marketing event for a new condo being held in its excavation pit, a rendering of the coming tower projected onto the shoring wall surrounding the pit.
