UrbanToronto's comprehensive Growth to Watch For series of reports is entering its 6th year of covering all active and planned development and construction activity in Toronto, and is our second year covering the region beyond. In 2020, our annual Growth to Watch For series—presented by NEEZO Studios—returns with another 21 instalments covering development throughout the 416, and additional reports covering development nodes emerging in the surrounding 905 region. 2020's series will be spread out throughout the year, with reports made available free to annual subscribers of UrbanToronto's New Development Insider (NDI) service, a daily subscription-based service offering the latest planning, development, and construction news.
For those not already subscribed to our NDI service, a free one-week trial is available for a limited time. New and existing subscribers will get the daily newsletter service, as well as multiple comprehensive Growth to Watch For updates per month. 2020's Growth to Watch For series will also be available as a standalone subscription purchase for $199+tax.
This year's Growth to Watch For reports are being brought to readers with the participation of NEEZO Studios, a one-stop-shop studio creating animations, renderings, scale models, interactive applications, sales and marketing software, and more of the various marketing elements driving home sales across the region.
