The Dundas Urban Core Zone planning policies of Oakville are helping to shape what is becoming a transformed stretch of Dundas Street West in the burgeoning town west of Toronto. Distrikt Developments and Fiera Properties' 'Distrikt Trailside' community is an example of the guidelines being put in effect, bringing a pair of mid-rise condo buildings—Distrikt Trailside West and Distrikt Trailside 2.0—to Dundas Street, while transitioning down to the low-rise neighbourhood to the north with blocks of stacked townhomes.

On a tree-lined block of Trailside Drive carving north through the site and leading to the adjacent Woodland Trails neighbourhood, Distrikt Trailside is bringing six blocks of condominium townhomes, including three blocks known as the Executive Condominium Townhouses. These back-to-back, stacked towns will include two blocks within the Trailside West phase and a third block in the Trailside 2.0 phase. The back-to-back stacked towns act as a contextual bridge between the higher density to the south and the lower ones to the north.

A selection of townhome layouts are available ranging from two-bedroom, two-bathroom plans at 888 ft² and 391 ft² outdoor space, up to two-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom plans measuring 1,340 ft² with 488 ft² of outdoor space. The 'dollhouse' rendering below provides a glimpse into how the units are arranged, including views of the various private exterior spaces planned.

Straight-through single storey units with patios are available at ground level, while two-storey plus roof terrace units are located above. The rendering below goes close-up on one of the ground level patios, complete with a barbecue, patio furniture, and a privacy fence.

Complementing the renderings of the suites, a 3D flyover video provided by Distrikt Developments offers a more detailed look at the Executive Condominium Townhouses' architecture and surroundings.

A total of 51 units are planned across these first three blocks, with future blocks planned adjacent to the north.
