Adding to the long list of projects submitted with the City of Toronto in the final weeks of 2019, BSäR Group Of Companies' proposal at 1821 Weston Road seeks rezoning to permit a 36-storey condominium tower. Just south of Lawrence Avenue West, the podium and point tower design by Turner Fleischer Architects is located steps from Weston GO and UP Express station.

This residential space makes for 454 condominium units and 2 rental replacement units in a mix of 93 studios, 243 one-bedrooms, 71 two-bedrooms, and 47 three-bedrooms. The remaining 581.4 m² is for a ground-floor retail space fronting onto Weston Road.
