This residential space makes for 454 condominium units and 2 rental replacement units in a mix of 93 studios, 243 one-bedrooms, 71 two-bedrooms, and 47 three-bedrooms. The remaining 581.4 m² is for a ground-floor retail space fronting onto Weston Road.
