Following the recent public launch of Monza Condos from The Benvenuto Group, sales are progressing for the 9-storey StudioAC and +VG Architects-designed boutique condominium development in Toronto's Oakwood and St. Clair area. Many of the building's limited collection of 76 units have already been spoken for after the successful grand opening last month, though several unit types and sizes remain available including a new release of suites.

The newly released Bella Vista Collection is offering a range of two-bedroom and two-bedroom+den layouts with south-facing city views, priced from $879,000 to $999,000. Designed with couples, young families, and empty nesters in mind, these layouts feature uxury finishes by Patton Design Studio, and full-width balconies.

Several more layouts are available in a range of suite types. Among the remaining one-bedroom offerings, suite number 312 offers a more compact living space of 470 ft². Located on the third floor with north-facing exposure, the layout includes a combined living/dining/kitchen area as well as a 79 ft² balcony overlooking the St. Clair West Village and Humewood neighbourhoods.

Stepping up in area, suite 206 is a second-floor two-bedroom layout at 719 ft². The unit features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom adjacent to a powder room, plus a study. This unit includes a south-facing, 129 ft² balcony.

Several layouts remain with sizes exceeding 1,000 ft², including suite 508. With 1,058 ft², this two-bedroom+den layout is found on the fifth floor, and includes a master bedroom and second bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms, and a den flanking an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. The suite features south-facing exposures with a 110 ft² balcony.

Monza also offers a selection of penthouse units, including the two-storey suite 804 on the eight and ninth floors. The 1,599 ft², three-bedroom suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and 120 ft² balcony on the lower level. Upstairs, the suite offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom, combined living/dining/kitchen area, and a 140 ft² terrace.
