From the initial planning submission and on to the recent start of marketing, a mid-rise condominium development proposed for Toronto's Hillcrest Village at St. Clair Avenue West and Winona Drive has been generating buzz with its 9-storey StudioAC and +VG Architects design. Now, additional renderings of Monza Condos are giving us our first look at interiors for the project from The Benvenuto Group.

The project's faceted exteriors carry over into the design of common and amenity spaces with interiors by Patton Design Studio, including a ground-floor lobby with a concierge desk featuring a wood-grained backdrop with backlit geometric shapes that reference the exterior massing. The lobby also features a lounge area across from the residential elevators, all sharing a warm palette of colours. Residents will have access to other indoor amenity spaces including a private fitness studio, plus outdoor amenity spaces like rooftop patio with dining and grilling areas.

A rendering of a suite interior, labelled as Unit 705, shows off a minimalist open-concept design with off-white finishes and floor-to-ceiling glazing that combine to create bright spaces. We expect to learn more about these suites, which range in price from the low $500s to $1.5M, as the project's marketing continues to reveal new details.

The suite interior rendering above hints at the outdoor spaces, which take the form of terraces responding to the building's quirky massing. Another new exterior rendering is providing a better look at the building's residential terraces, as well as the Downtown views that will be offered to residents.

The project's presentation centre is set to open this September with a theme representing the project's namesake of Monza, Italy, and will offer even more details about the interior design.
