New details have been released about the amenities at the first phase of XO Condos from Lifetime Developments and Pinedale Properties in Toronto's West End. The pair of Core Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects-designed condominium towers will sit kitty corner from each other, to the southwest and northeast of the intersection of King and Dufferin streets. On the southwest corner, the 14-storey first phase is selling 297 units in a range of layouts from 450 ft² to 1,200 ft² in area, starting in the low $400,000s.

Residents will have access to a collection of Tomas Pearce-designed amenities and common spaces found throughout the development, with over 6,500 ft² of indoor amenities on the second floor, plus 4,500 ft² of outdoor amenity space.

The amenities will cater to a range of lifestyles, including families with children. An interactive Kids' Zone will give children living in XO Condos a place to socialize and play together, and enjoy birthday parties or other special events. This Kids' Zone will feature an art room, reading room, movie hub, ball pit, and a connected outdoor play area.

For those too old for the Kids' Zone, a co-working space dubbed the "Think Tank" will serve as a communal home office for the complex, providing a place where building residents can host meetings with colleagues, or work or study on their own. This space will feature floor-to-ceiling windows that offer natural light, high-speed WiFi, and an outdoor seating area.

A social lounge and dining room gives residents a space to host functions. Featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, this space offers a party-friendly environment with a long dining table, a bar, a lounge, some smaller nooks, and a connected outdoor terrace.

The development offers a mix of fitness spaces including a gym, a cardio room, indoor and outdoor yoga studios, and a dynamically lit spin room.
