Last month we got a first look at Reunion Crossing, a new community from Diamond Kilmer Developments that will revitalize the spot where the Toronto neighbourhoods of The Stockyards, The Junction, and Corso Italia all meet. The project consists of an 11-storey condominium building and five blocks of townhomes around the St. Clair West and Old Weston Road intersection, and is designed by Giannone Petricone Associates.

Residents of both the condos and the townhomes will have access to a collection of amenities housed in the 11-storey building, with interiors appointed by Patton Design Studio and outdoor landscaping by Janet Rosenberg + Studio. We got a first glimpse at one of the amenity spaces in our introductory article on the project, and today we're back for a closer look at what's in store for residents.

While we took a look at the work room and crafts station called the Urban Garage last month., other ground floor spaces include a lobby, a party room and event space, a fitness centre, a community lounge, and a pet spa/wet room.

Renderings of these indoor amenities show a shared design theme making use of natural finishes like stone and wood.

The site plan offers a glimpse of the outdoor green spaces serving residents and the public. These include a new park with a splash pad at the site’s north end, a parkette and pathway to Old Weston Road on the site’s west side, a children’s play area at the site’s interior, and a landscaped courtyard with barbecue and dining space to the north of the mid-rise building.

We will be back for more in future stories, in the meantime, additional information and images can be found in our database file for the project, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion?
