This week's Throwback Thursday takes us to Yonge Street, just south of St. Clair Avenue in Midtown Toronto. Looking back to October 2016, when demolition was just getting started on a two-storey commercial building at 1331 Yonge Street. Formerly the headquarters of CHUM Radio and more recently in use by The Brand Factory, the building was demolished to make way for a new mid-rise condominium development.

Two years and five months later, construction of The Jack Condos by Aspen Ridge Homes, is topped off and glazing installation is well underway on the Quadrangle-designed building. Expected to wrap up construction later this year, the project will add 109 new suites to the neighbourhood.
