Today's Photo of the Day overlooks Queens Quay East's run through Toronto's new East Bayfront community. Submitted to the Monde Forum thread by contributor Jasonzed, this west-facing view shows a few new structures under construction in the area. In the left foreground, a crane is in place and below grade levels are rising at the site of Aquavista, just east of the topped-out Aqualina. Across Queens Quay to the north of Aqualina, podium levels are now being formed for the 44-storey Monde Condominiums. Further to the west on Queens Quay, lower levels are also taking shape for the first phase of Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts.
