The mid-rise redevelopment of Toronto's St. Clair West continues its westward expansion, with new buildings promising increased density in line with the carrying capacity of the street's recently built dedicated streetcar right of way. Among the handful of new projects coming to St. Clair West, marketing is now in full swing for Graywood DevelopmentsSCOOP Condos, a 6-storey, SMV Architects-designed condominium development at 1771 St. Clair West, a block from the intersection of Old Weston Road. Following our recent look at the interior design elements of SCOOP's suites and amenity spaces, we are now getting our first glimpse at the project's suite layouts through newly-released floorplans.

SCOOP is offering 72 condominium units ranging in size from 484 ft² to 1,137 ft².

Near the smaller end of this scale, layout "A5" offers one bedroom and one bathroom in a 555 ft² package. Found on levels 2 through 5, this layout features a 61 ft² balcony space with southeast exposures, accessible via the suite's combined kitchen/living/dining area.

Moving up in size, the project also offers a selection of one bedroom + den layouts. Among the four one bedroom + den layouts currently on the project's website, layout "B3" offers 623 ft² of interior space. On levels 3 through 5, B3 offers 56 ft² balconies, while the level 2 B3 suite offers a spacious 300 ft² terrace.

Among the project's two-bedroom offerings, "C11" offers 859 ft² of space that includes two bathrooms, one of them an ensuite. Located on floors 1 through 3, C11's 2nd and 3rd floor units will include 58 ft² inset balconies offering southwest exposures, while the ground floor suite will include a 95 ft² patio space.

Sized at 1,093 ft², D4 is only available on the fourth floor of the building, and includes both a balcony and a terrace that combine to create 272 ft² of usable outdoor living space.
