With the crane now removed and all but the last of the exterior cladding now installed, much of the site activity has moved indoors at Plaza's Quadrangle-designed Musée Condos. With the building's interior spaces—appointed by Bryon Patton and Associates—now being fitted out, we preview the amenity spaces that are taking shape at the the 17-storey condo.

Residents of the project will have access to a range of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a gym, a theatre room, party space, roof deck, sauna, and swimming pool. Seen below, the fully-equipped exercise space overlooks the second floor's greenscaped amenity terrace.

Outside, the communal terrace features a lap pool (below), along with a water bar during the warmer months. Inside, the neighbouring gym space is joined by a yoga studio and steam rooms, which are well suited to colder weather.

On the upper floors, another amenity area is also home to an expansive party space and media room. Overlooking a street-level park space below, the space—which features modern sofas, a long bar, and an expansive state-of-the-art TV—will accommodate up to 100 people. These interior spaces will be characterized by a simple, largely monochromatic colour palette, accented by splashes of colour that reference the architectural details on the exterior, as well as showpiece light fixtures (below).

The party room extends out onto a rooftop terrace offering a somewhat quieter communal space compared to the 'waterpark' below, boasting panoramic views of the surrounding city.

Meanwhile, an 8,000 ft² on-site park space designed by The Planning Partnership and accessed through a covered galleria, will be the project's most publicly prominent features. Located at the southeast corner of the site, the park fronts Adelaide Place, a quiet north-south thoroughfare just off the busier eponymous street.
