Over the last few months, we've introduced Madison Homes' Briar Hill City Towns, previewing the sleek exterior aesthetic and the extensive outdoor amenities of the Kirkor Architects-designed boutique townhouse project. Now, with the sales centre's grand opening taking place this weekend—beginning 11 AM on Saturday—an immersive virtual reality tour takes us inside the project's suites.

The virtual tour provides an in-depth look at the cleanly designed interior of an upper-level suite, culminating in a tour of the rooftop terrace (complete with a panoramic view of the skyline). A simple, somewhat minimalistic aesthetic is evidenced, with the off-white walls serving as a canvas for the decor tastes of prospective tenants:

An array of wood tones can be seen across the unit's floors, cabinetry, and interior decor elements, creating a subtly and cohesively varied colour palette throughout the suite. The living and dining area also looks out over a large window, with ample natural light creating a warm, soothing interior (below).

Set to rise around an existing public park, the project's six four-storey buildings will bring new density to the area of Dufferin and Eglinton, while remaining sensitive to the neighbourhood's established low-rise character. With each unit boasting a private garden or rooftop terrace, the development's 124 one and two-bedroom units—ranging in size from 709 ft² to 1,494 ft²—provide the conveniences of condominium living with a smaller-scale ambiance of detached homes.

In addition to the spaciously configured suite interiors, the project's shared amenities include a multi-purpose party room and outdoor patio area, as well as a paved outdoor terrace, accommodating larger groups (as seen below).
