The 51 storey 578 foot high hotel and condominium was completed back in 2005. At the time it was amongst the tallest buildings in the city. The continuing boom has pushed it rapidly down the list. The building was developed by Harry Stinson with design by Stanford Downey Architects Inc.

The recent boom can be seen in the view. Everything from The Daniels Corporation's Festival Tower and M5V Condos by Lifetime Developments in the foreground, to Nautilus Condos by The Monarch Group along Humber Bay, all the way to Absolute World by Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes in the far reaches of the photo are newer additions. That's just some of the new buildings seen in the photo. And there's more to come.
