Today's Photo of The Day shows us an expansive view looking North/North-East past Jarvis Street.  On the left hand side of this photo, taken by forum member vegeta_skyline, we catch a glimpse of Monarch's now rising Couture The Condominium with its crane still in action.  Much easier to spot is Great Gulf Homes' handsome looking X The Condominium, just to the right of Couture.

This image also provokes the realization of just how powerful perspective can be.  What is an inch and a half from the Delta Chelsea Hotel to X is really a 15 minute walk.  What looks like a short haze of forest is really the Rosedale Valley Road area and parts further north into Leaside and beyond.
