At only 17 units, 500 Wellington West is one of Peter Freed's smallest condominium projects in Toronto. At the same time it his most luxurious with interiors by Burdifilek, and landscaping by gh3. The long, thin 10-storey building just east of Victoria Park in Toronto's King West area, is designed by Core Architects and features half floor and full floor units. The facade warmly combines glass, steel, concrete and brick in handsome modernist compositions.

UrbanToronto members Red Mars and Current have bookended work on the building this year, with Red Mars providing us with this early glimpse during excavation of the site in February,

while Current captured this photo recently showing significant progress as of October 6th.
