Now that the exterior of the second phase 35-storey tower at Boutique Condos is all but finished, eyeballs are turning towards its staggered balconies, pronounced shadows, and sky-reflecting glazing. The Urban Capital/West Development Group/Malibu Investments/Alit Developments project is designed by DJ Armin of ZAS Architects along with Core Arhcitects. Interiors are by Cecconi Simone. 637 units are found across the two phases. The 16-storey first phase is occupied now, while the second phase will occupy in early 2011.
