Agreed, I am surprised with the timing as I think the buidling is only 2-3 weeks away from topping-off. Maybe GG is just being realistic with the move-in dates. I prefer this approach vs. push back and over promises.

As for the buidling getting regestered, GG has an amazing rep. and some buildings took only 1 month once occupied.
 
has anyone else received mail from GG? Im on one of the lower floors and havent got anything yet.

alright... just excited about the upcoming updates.


Also, -it`s been a couple of months since my upgrade selections... but if I wanted to purchase an additional upgrade (countertops), -do you guys think it would be too late?
 
X Condo.. i think all the residential floors are done!... CAN'T WAIT to see this view in 3 or so years.. with Boutique, X2!.. gonna get crowded!!!

Received my occupancy letter from GGH today and it's set at Jan 10, 2011. Unit is at the 30th floor.

Luckily though, -we get a better fridge (it should be the bottom freezer stainless steel version, -not the silver/faux stainless steel fridge that Casa buyers get).
