Oh yeah, those sites are always worth checking out. Such a strange mix of something to laugh at and something to shudder at. I believe the banning of dissenting viewpoints was once explained by "the purpose of this forum is for the advancement of conservatism" so if that's not what you wanted to do, go elsewhere.
But yeah... it's fun to watch the great underlying debate on FreeDominion... whether Harper is really a pinko Liberal dissapointment or if he is just playing it safe until he gets a majority so he can bring in socon reforms.

what i don't understand about the conservative viewpoint is how they can tolerate and defend religion (their own) which is socialism and communism and how it has no problem making its dogma our laws and policy. at the same time, they hate governments that have the same shit but different pile. i guess everone likes how their own shit smells but get disgusted at the smell of other peoples shit. 
you gotta love how destroying a few cells that have no memories or consciousness is murder and how sending people with lives to die in some stupid war is just fine. you know, every sperm can be a potential person too. everyone is guilty of mass murder!
cons are infected with dogma, the red menace of the mind, yet it is perfectly fine.
p.s, i'm not one of those liberals who defend the dogma abroad but protest it at home. i am against both. it's a dogma eat dogma world and i don't support either side in current events.
i can tolerate other views but i will not stand for those views to take over the freedoms of others.

AFAIC what's to argue? FD + FR are what they are. It's a waste of cyber-breath to troll those realms--my own only real use for FR was for illicit early Maritime results in the last fed election. So, kinda using it for what it's best for; as a porn site.

I expect certain fora to be hostile to dissenting points of view, like we are towards those of the more conservative pursuasion, but I don't think we're likely to ban anyone who expresses anything less than the party line.
