Owners in the building need to know that STACKT market had their lease renewed for another 10 years ( it was supposed to be a three year temporary thing).
STACKT market is already applying for NOISE permits for 2025... you better converse with your areas MP, they have final say.
ALSO, the city owned shelter on the east side has had a new HVAC installed, ( electric heating and cooling year round), which uses high speed, noisy fans, and since its a city building, they don't have to follow noise bylaws. Such an easy fix to wall in those HVAC units to make the noise go straight up instead of outward.. but people need to complain.
