wellesley & sherbourne area...how is it

Passed by the area yesterday. It really is a weird place. On one side you have nice condos and high end houses/townhouses. The other, old, unkept rentals. I haven't been by the area in a few years so I'm not sure how much better it has gotten. It looks pretty busy and will get even busier with the new projects on the way. I still think what happened to the proposal at Wellesley/Sherbourne an absolute shame. That corner is depressing.

Watch out for young people from Bleecker. 200 Wellesley used to be a problem building back in the day in regards to petty crime. It has the best of both worlds. The area is in the middle of being gentrified.
