Just saw this pop up from Concord Canada House.
That "bedroom" is ridiculously small!Just saw this pop up from Concord Canada House.
I see zero bedrooms... And lots of corridor walls to hang art!
It's giving "Little John worked 25 hours a day to afford this one square meter space. Let's turn it into a space his wife won't leave him in... something about galvanized square steel... something about borrowing screws from his auntie...Just saw this pop up from Concord Canada House.
Hey all, seeing all the layouts here has been very helpful. This is my layout I’m living in now (bought precon as well - 550 sqft ) I know it has some flaws but curious is it as bad as the ones we’ve been seeing here or it’s not bad ? Thanks for your feedback
I too enjoy unwinding on my couch after a long day and watching... my kitchen.
It's pretty standard I'd say.Hey all, seeing all the layouts here has been very helpful. This is my layout I’m living in now (bought precon as well - 550 sqft ) I know it has some flaws but curious is it as bad as the ones we’ve been seeing here or it’s not bad ? Thanks for your feedback
Standard as in it’s the norm??It's pretty standard I'd say.
There actually is a TV on the wall shared with the den, right beside the single chair.Seriously though, you have no wall for a TV anywhere. Did you get the optional den? If not, that shared wall with the bathroom could work.
I also have concerns about how much natural light the unit will get. With the bedroom where it is, most of your light will come from the balcony doors, so your kitchen and hallway light will get heavy usage.
Lighting isn’t an issue becuase the bedroom wall is a glass wall so if I leave the curtain up and since it’s south view a lot of light comes throughThere actually is a TV on the wall shared with the den, right beside the single chair.
I think the main challenge (assuming the den was optioned) is the positioning of the bedroom directly behind the kitchen appliances. If the bedroom and balcony/"dining table" were swapped, it would be a lot easier to get a large couch facing the TV. As it is, I'd probably go for a sectional similar to the design seen in the floor plan, paired with a comfy chair that's easy to move.
Agreed, I have a straight-shot 21' × 9' living/dining/entrance area in my unit, and even then it doesn't always reach the front door.
