I think it's in the best interest of Canada that Wajid Khan return his hair to Gordon, or Frank, or whomever that pelt came from

No, I'm a Liberal or Dipper, depending on the situation.

Just making a reference to infamous bad acting by William Shatner, just as Adma made a reference to the really annoying CGI beavers hocking overpriced cellphones.

Edit: Actually, I think now I demand an apology! How dare someone mistake me for a Conservative! I'm deeply offended!

Here's the thing. If a Conservative crossed the floor to the Liberal (our) side, it's just as much a betrayal to voters.

It's a Breach of Trust regardless of your party stripe. Khan says he's thinking only what's best for Canada and I'm sure you believe him. I envy your Conservative party acquiring such an exemplary patriot.

I have to admit though. I've been mad every time someone's crossed the floor and betrayed voters. But I have to say I've surprised myself at how much angrier I am when it happened to me personally --as in the guy I voted for.

So there's Indignation I feel for fellow-voters in other ridings or provinces --and a far crabbier outrage I feel when the dude I vote for stuck it to ME.

Anyway.

Doesn't matter. I convinced none of us matter. Not even you, sp. Because if Khan believed it was in the best interest of Canada to switch back?...-
 
that's the party he belongs in. there a quite a few so called liberals that aren't really liberal at all.

Sorry about that, sp. The political situation here in Mississauga is grim. Municipal GRIM. Provincial GRIMMER. Federal DON'TGETMESTARTEDFGRIM.

Hambone William Statner acting would hit me as funny most days but lately, my humour-eraser's been worn down to a nub.

And now that I'm back from a Mississauga General Committee meeting, my GRIM meter's been cranked up to BLEAKBEYONDHOPE.

I acknowledge and understand your feelings of hurt and I apologize. But to craft a truly appropriate apology, sp, I need to know if Wajid Khan is/was your MPP.

For the record, he was mine, I voted for him AND wore his campaign button and HIS hideous one-size-fits-all (so it didn't fit me) Wajid Khan shirt. Plus I kept my fingers crossed as the votes came in on election night for Wajid Khan when I could've been watching something else!

You see, sp, I'm trying to determine whether to give you a genuine but General apology or a genuine Specific-to-victims-like-me-who-voted-for-him-apology.

You should phone up and ask for your vote back. I once did that with my city councillor. The request actually stumped him for a second.
