If there's gears in motion behind the scenes for a future large scaled intensification then that could explain why the restoration plan by the Boa Group has seemingly gone stagnant or dormant. Some aspects of that rendering shown can certainly be fine-tuned, but otherwise I'm all onboard with getting more density here and around the Chinatown area overall.
