Can anyone offer any guidance on unit 606 in this condo building? I'm having trouble finding the floorplan ... for example, is it in the part of the building fronting onto King or the part behind the older building on the west side? It's come up for sale and I am wondering if it is a good option.

yes, unit 606 is facing south to King st.

My unit is the Richmond unit, 630 sq ft facing south to King st on the 5th floor. I was on 5th and 3rd floor

Hopefully for your third floor unit, the noise from the restaurant below will not be an issue. The terrace is a plus there.

There is another floor between the restaurant and the 3rd floor. that's the 2nd floor where the amenities are located. And the terrace is almost 16ft depth, I think that will help a bit for the noise from the restaurant. yes that terrace is really a plus, it is 16ft by 22ft, 352 sq ft terrace
