Is this a first project under KingSett Capital going forward? Is this why everyone is so amazed here?

No it is not. But it is a bit of an outlier to KingSett's more general practice of assembling / upzoning / sell off for a quick return on behalf of KingSett's investor customers. One example of a project actually built by KingSett would be the expansion of the original LuCliff Place building at 700 Bay Street.


 

City of Toronto, Government of Canada and Kingsett Capital's affordable housing LP. Private equity managers are going to create these affordable housing specific funds when billions in public dollars through low interest loans are made available to them.
