Likely some idiot with pepper spray. If it was anything deadly we would have known by now.

Propane or Natural Gas would have already gone kaboom, if it was some sort of chemical gas (Sarin, Mustard, Chlorine) there would be much larger closures.

Pepper Spray requires an evacuation due to the nature of the substance.

If it is Sarin you’d be talking about casualties and mass chaos. Anyways, I seem to recall another incident along similar lines a short while ago. I hope they release the vids soon and make an example of said folks.

Self defence against a dog is not an excuse. Pepper Spray a.k.a. Mace is a controlled substance.

The 193 Exhibition Rocket is dead and buried. It did not return last year to the CNE and will not return this year either. Methinks they have eliminated it.

No. The 193 Exhibition Rocket ran for years from Dundas West to the Dufferin Gates non-stop.
