They shipped 7 from TB in December of last year (4515-4521) and their best month was March with 9 from the Bay (4531-4539) so they may do it. Even if they do we won't see 4401 until next year but the excuse there will be the welding even though that's not what's really delaying it.4594 delivered, 4595 and 4596 have shipped from the Bay.

Wellington has been out of service over a year and will be another year until the tracks and road are rebuilt. Still doing waterline work.
Most of Church OS has been rebuilt and still in service the last I saw it early this week. No idea where no service can't be run on it as noted.
All work on Wellington west of Yonge is finished, work on Wellington east of Yonge and north on Church to King is continuing. On these blocks, new water main completed, Toronto Hydro rebuild completed, telecom rebuild completed. Enbridge will be relocating a gas main starting after Christmas and when they are finished (April) the Citya nd TTC will start rebuilding tracks (beside north sidewalk), widening sidewalks etc and this is planned to be all done by early fall. New tree planting may be left to spring 2021.Wellington has been out of service over a year and will be another year until the tracks and road are rebuilt. Still doing waterline work.
The tracks on Wellington between the curves at Church and Yonge date back to 1972, easily the oldest track on the system. The curves at Church were rebuilt in 1992, in both directions. Once all the work on Wellington is done, the only reason not to run streetcars will be the perennial shortage so we may not see any Flexity 503 service on Wellington for some time. All work on Wellington west of Yonge is finished, work on Wellington east of Yonge and north on Church to King is continuing. The tracks on Victoria between Dundas and Queen are at least as old, they too will be replaced in 2020. The special trackwork at Church & King was rebuilt since I moved here in 2001 (probably 2003).The tracks on Wellington between the curves at Church and Yonge date back to 1972, easily the oldest track on the system. Now put in the order for 60 - 100 needed additional streetcars. With appropriate changes, like double-ended streetcars.
