This in normally the time i would get excited... however it's Graziani + Corazza working for Canderel... I am predicting a big huge mess (very well could be one of the nastiest in the city)... but still hoping against the odds for the best :/

Exactly. I, like others, like what I see of the early pics, but everything about the project team here is screaming "DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP."
