Of all the choices in the world, they chose to completely fail with this. Unbelievable.
And damn it, the base was actually looking good.

I’m not sure it’s going to be like that eventually, that much spandrel on podium makes no f sense, those panels don’t even hide anything. Look on photo below, it’s ~3.5x3.5 meters piece of spandrel, what is this for? There’s nothing behind it

It's not that bad... I feel like people on this site always jump all over some projects and call them ugly, and then others are just "darlings" that can do no wrong (even though they should be criticized heavily *cough The One cough*

Tribute would be glad to have them as their ambassador i'm sure.

Let's be honest here, the street level of this thing is horrifically bad, while the Yonge St and Soudan Ave frontages are an embarrassment. The rest i'll reserve judgement on for now.
