They are part of new stores. I can't find any information of what businesses will open here.

What an absolute brutal design for the Casino, this looks like something from cold war Russia.
The architect firm should be ashamed of themselves. And please can they remove the words “Great Canadian” because this is anything but. The Montreal casino was built how long ago and 10 times better design. Sad….
