I feel sick to my stomach every time I see this picture. I don't believe the team that designed this building has any creative architectural bone in there body. Trully shocking!!

Is that the performance venue? I guess it does have a somewhat distinctive look to it.
I'm more disappointed that the inside of it was built as a multi-purpose, college gymnasium type of venue instead of an actual theatre.
And surprised that there appears to be an entrance directly from the outside. Although the newer Fallsview venue is an exception, usually the idea is to make everyone walk through the casino to enter or exit. The entertainment venue at Pickering was built with an entrance immediately outside of its seating area, but the one time I was there in 2023 they had those doors locked, roped off, and when the event ended casino staff were also standing there to keep people away and make sure everyone was channeled back through the actual casino area with the slot machines, etc.
Edit: Having now been to a show at the 'Performance Venue' ("The Theatre" that's not really a theatre), all the entrances/exits directly to it are all kept closed with 'no entrance' signs displayed to the outside and 'emergency exit only' to the inside. You have to go through what's labeled as "Grand Entrance" in the image in the post below. You see the actual casino right in front of you, but are not necessarily forced to go into it.
The layout of the venue is even worse than I anticipated, like the Pickering one but larger. The 'grandstand' is so far back from the stage that it's almost like being in a big arena, all much worse than the similar-capacity new actual
theatre at Fallsview.
Also, the large video screens beside the stage were shut off through the entire event, strangely not even showing ads for upcoming events before the show began, though I'm guessing that may have been an unusual circumstance for this particular show.
The TTC 37 route has a bus loop stop outside across from the Grand Entrance, and you can also make a somewhat pedestrian-unfriendly 15-minute walk, including the mall's parking lot, to the Hwy 27 stop for the TTC 927 Express bus towards Kipling station. And apparently there's a
Miway stop on Rexdale Blvd.
