The parking lot on Grenville St. is now gone (that must be a record for demolition) and those cute 4-storey apartment walk-ups on Grosvenor St. are gone now too.

Really? (And this goes in either direction.)
If 650 Bay's being retained, it's nothing to do with "people being up in arms" otherwise. And I recall that earlier in either or both this thread and/or the Burano thread, the loss of the Grosvenor apartments was of concern...
