Yeah so far it's underwhelming. Hopefully not the type of services in the retail portion that cover up the windows to make it even more drab. The connection from Yonge to the park behind the condo should be nice.
 
Nail Salon the first retail to enter this building in Unit 2B (8868 Yonge St facing) now under construction.

Westwood Dental Clinic is open
Fazi Beauty opening soon
Final retail space (not shown but is on the right of the front entrance) has a permit for another personal care to be built out.

More of what we need(?) in these condos along Yonge :(
 
After repeated delays with a lot of excuses Sunnywood Park is open. This parks construction was managed by the Westwood developer and is across the street from the new condos.
Residents got fed up and would go around the construction fences for nearly a year while the developer and city tried to figure out how to turn the lights on.
