Probably just be on time for the occupancy of April 2018. Doing work inside each unit could take a bit of time too.

How do you like living in this building? Is the quality of the building ok in terms of construction?
I used to own a condo in King street from the builder CentreCourt Developments. They used high end finishes but the building was poorly constructed with several structural issues, noise (poor soundproofing), elevators being out of order all the time and the biggest issue was flooding. We experienced flooding 4-5X a year. I know Onni uses basic finishes and I'm ok with that but they offer the best price in the area compared to other builders. I also understand that elevators are common problem in newer buildings these days but if I'm not mistaken Westlake has at least 4 elevators, in my previous condo we only had 3 for a 45 storey building and most of the time 2 out of 3 are out of order. I would appreciate if you can give me an honest feedback about the building. Thanks

A small area for the dogs, but sure like other dog owners, will go next door to allow the dog to their thing so they don't have to.
