New application in here to alter the approved ZBA/SPA.
The intent is to retain the portion of the complex was set for demolition and renovate it to provide additional transitional care/'reactivation' capacity for up to 5 more years, after which, the suggested intent is to proceed with demolition and greening the site as previously proposed.
