those lights are sort of in the way of a few parking spots..

Still hate that lot. Such a waste, especially since they did it with high quality pavers. Like, it's a parking lot, why waste the money? and why even have a parking lot?

It needs more than paint! That section of Gardiner is up for renovation in, I think, 2023 but it is odd they did not do it when there was no new buikding there!

Why do that when you can conduct 2 or 3 more million dollar studies now needed because of the added complexity and then reward a contract 3 times more expensive with a timeline 3 times longer? Classic government spending.

I quite like the square and the interaction with the Gardiner and streets. Unfortunately, the condo towers look so cheap. They look like they could get blown over during a bad thunderstorm.
