From the 6th:

While this is the first of the developments along this stretch of Lake Shore to have its stand-alone commercial building built, the older towers to the east all go straight up to Lake Shore without a lane between them and the arterial, so this new little building adds to the street wall to the east.

Now we just need the commercial buildings in front of Lago, Ocean Club (this one's the proposed hotel at 2157 Lake Shore W), Vita, and Jade to get built...
