Hey! This building at the road is the commerical building, not watersedge condos. Watersedge condos are on the inside road after this condo building.

Hey! This is our thread for following the commercial building as well...
…and to answer your question regarding closing, likely sometime in 2024. Different suites will complete at different times though, depending on where in the building you are.

Hey Leo2020, on November 19, a rep from builder confirmed they were at floor 20. Not sure if it's moved past this but thats where we are at now.

yes! seems like they're going almost 1 floor every 2-3 weeks. Makes me hopeful for the 2024 closing
