Seems a bit late in the process for approximately, LOL, I assume the requirement is GFA Based with details to iron out.

...in CMHC speak that means "Apartments that will rent for ~$2,175 per month (or less)".

I expect the "Approximately" is due to the unit mix -- and what they expect the market-rents to be in that location in 2026 / 2027 when they get to occupancy.
