I got hopeful for the podium of this building when they started to put up the white precast panels:
But then they started to put up the rest of the spandrel around the podium:
Talk about a disorganized mess... If you thought ZEN podium was misaligned to the rest of the building, look a this mess...
At least the Lake Shore facing side gets the graphite brick treatment:

Ah, but the tower fits the context of the neighborhood so well! The neighborhood defined by the grey spandrel window wall so much, that the all-powerful grey spandrel lobby can use it as a poster child.

No argument there! At least Palace Pier and Palace Place provide a little bit of diversity.

In front of Jade is a park. Beside it where the sales centre is currently will eventually be another condo tower. No word on timing.
