Why hold back? It managed to look cheaper and more dated than the Pantages a decade and a half behind it. Any cheaper and they'd have to stick a few fake fans along the lines of 10 Dundas on it.

There are bits and pieces still missing from the building, notably a strip of cladding on the mechanical penthouse where the Blueskin is exposed. I wonder what's up.

I have noticed for over a year that this project is not 100% complete, considering the work should have been finished last year.

Did the flashing contractor or the contractor walked away from this project or go under?? Looks like other work stills need to be finish as well. Can been seen all around the top

I've noticed the unfinished cladding too. It drives me crazy.
