There's idyllic reaching as with many development names, but in fairness I believe the naming here would play on the former location of the Valhalla Inn nearby. Which the new condos by Edilcan have also used.
I believe there's a Valhalla Road near by so they're playing on that.Condo marketing amuses me........

Not to mention, these buildings are energy hogs. And retrofitting them would cost a fortune.You're correct @isaidso, but the problem isn't just about aesthetics. Like the tear downs in the 60s, it's also because these buildings don't generate any money. Few want to lease office space out near the 427 so vacancies rise and the buildings just become a drain on the owner's (Kingsett) balance sheet.
