Site Plan approval was filed for the two midrise buildings and the shortest highrise building in November, BTW.

The dataBase file has been updated with new stats for the updated and recommended-for-approval proposal. That includes new heights, which put two of the buildings onto the 120 metre list: we count to the top of the mechanical penthouse in the height of the buildings, so the height of the 43-storey tower should be recorded as 133.5 metres, and the 37-storey tower as 122 metres.

Just curious, I see from siteplans they plan to connect this to the Valhalla/Triumph to the north, is that road at the north end 100% for sure?

I don't see any reason to doubt that the site plan will be executed as designed.

The old sales office for Valhalla site is in the process of being relocate to Gibbs Rd.

This means work will start in the north-west corner as well the north to connect to Valhalla site.

Looking northwest you can just barely make out where the sales centre used to be beside the south end of the One Valhalla site…

…and that's the One Valhalla site taking up most of the screen real estate, with Tridel's West Village across the 427 in the background:

Noticed that the Valhalla Triumph signage on the presentation centre came down on 08/25/17, went to check out what new signage went up; Valhalla Town Square is the name of the new development. Also, a view of the presentation centre from my balcony from 9 Valhalla
