The first 10s tower crane was being removed today as I past it on my way in. Heading north on 427 tonight, the boom was gone and about to lower the rear section. Tomorrow will see the shaft removed. Hope to get some shots tomorrow.

Following both sites since day one, it look like this will be fully built out before Tridel builds their 3rd tower at West Village across the 427 from these sites, let alone the 4th one. Sales started about the same time for tower 3 as this site and has yet to break ground. I said years ago it would be luck if the 3rd tower was started before 2021 and sure looks like it today.

99 photos of the site up on my site
Now where have I seen this type of finish product.........................Hummmm.............................OH!!!..................Garrison Point

I'll reiterate my post from the main page here in case anyone wants to comment:

Why does Toronto continue to allow these car centric, single use developments to proceed? smh...It's incredibly backwards in a city, that for the most part, gets urban planning right. These inward facing 'vertical subdivision' developments are a lazy way for the developer not to integrate the new units with their surroundings. This practice needs to come to an end ASAP. All new residential development should DIRECTLY face city streets with no surface parking (thankfully, this development at least gets that right), and should always be mixed-use, at least on the ground level!

Also, this level of density should outright not be allowed not near RAIL mass transit (no, a bus stop isn't enough)

There are no city streets to front on here - this property is pretty much landlocked behind properties along the west side of The East Mall, while this backs on the 427. Meanwhile, there is some retail proposed at street level of these buildings.
